About Lise Saugeres
Dr Lise Saugeres, The Mindfulness Diva Dr. Lise Saugeres, also known as the Mindfulness Diva, has a PhD in the Social Sciences and has over 20 years teaching, lecturing, training and researching experience in the area of health and well-being. Lise has been has been able to recover from depression, reduce stress and anxiety, gain more self-confidence and feel at peace through regular mindfulness practice over the past 15 years. She now teaches the Inner Peace Formula so you too can have inner peace, joy and fulfilment in your life. Lise is an experienced public speaker having delivered the Keynote Speech at The Business Market Place Summit in Oct. 2016 and many talks, workshops and seminars in libraries, community centres and business networking events. She ran a workshop as part of the Small Business Festival Victoria in August 2017. Lise has also been invited to deliver a plenary session at the 29th World Summit on Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Psychotherapy in May 2018 in New York, USA. Lise can talk on different aspects of mindfulness including self-compassion, reducing stress, self-confidence and work-life balance. Lise is also a published author and singer/songwriter. Lise also has a Certificate in Mindfulness Therapy, a Certificate in Results Coaching and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
