We become what we think about. Our Self-talk is programming ourselves to think and belief statements to be true.
Identify your negative Self-talk and beliefs to start creating powerful affirmations out of those beliefs.
You can write on the left side of a piece paper a list of your self-limiting statements that you have been thinking or saying to yourself, and on the right side of your paper write a new statement that will transform that negative statement.
I am not good using computers- I am learning and enjoying how to use a computer
